Greetings! I’m Carol, Founder and Lead Coach at The Brilliance Lab. My goal is to support individuals, teams, and organizations in taking their leadership skills to the next level. For more than two decades, I led in the nonprofit education sector building teams, shaping cultures, navigating strategy, and working every day to create environments where students, educators, and communities could thrive.

My Mission
I founded The Brilliance Lab because I know what it costs a leader to navigate a space that doesn’t fully see them, and I know what becomes possible when they are finally, genuinely supported to lead as their full self. I’ve lived both sides of that experience, and I’ve spent 20 years developing the skills, the frameworks, and the deep conviction that leaders and organizations must be developed simultaneously, from the inside out. My work is grounded in more than two decades of nonprofit education leadership, rigorous leadership development training, and a practice built on one simple belief: that most leaders don’t need to be fixed. Rather, they need a space that finally meets and recognizes their brilliance, and helps them build the leadership and co-create the cultures they’ve always been capable of creating.
